This release uses a COMBO jar. This jar can run on Forge, Fabric and Quilt

We will no longer publish separate jars for each modloader

Fabric requires `fabric-api`

Quilt requires Quilted Fabric API

Items with no tabs assigned no longer show up in search
Search Tooltips should now show the correct tab names
Ordered tabs now properly re-orders custom tabs as well

When reloading resources with F3 + T, creative tabs will also be reloaded
